1. Are the items displayed in the online shop also available?
In general, articles that are displayed in the Online Outlet are of course also available. However, it may happen that certain colours or sizes are sold out. As soon as you have selected the colour and size on the article page, the respective availability will be displayed.
Available = The item is in stock and can be shipped to you immediately.
Sold out = The article is unfortunately sold out. An order is therefore unfortunately no longer possible.
2. Is there a minimum order value ?
No! You do not need to observe minimum quantities when ordering on www.outlet.zimmerli.com.
3. How can I find out about the status of my order?
You will be informed automatically by e-mail about news concerning your order. Of course you can also receive additional information personally from us or via the ""My Account"" function on our website. For the latter option, however, you must have registered as a customer.
4. Can I still change my order afterwards?
Once you have completed your order and sent it to us, you cannot make any changes yourself.
We choose our payment methods very carefully. The method of payment should be as pleasant and uncomplicated as possible for you. Therefore www.outlet.zimmerli.com currently offers the following payment methods:

5. How does payment by invoice work?
Order conveniently on account and pay the invoice amount within 30 days after receipt and inspection of the goods. You will receive the invoice by e-mail.

3. 3D Secure Procedure
Credit card payments are protected with the internationally recognised security standard 3D Secure. 2. How much are the shipping costs?
All prices are inclusive of the legal value added tax, if applicable plus shipping costs. Exceptions can be found here. We deliver with Swiss Post, GLS and FedEx.
3. What must be observed for deliveries to non-EU countries?
The indicated prices include the value added tax. For delivery to countries outside the European Union this is not applicable. Your invoice amount will automatically be reduced by the corresponding amount. Please note that on delivery, the value added tax applicable in the respective country will be collected by the person delivering the parcel.
4. Who is responsible for delivery ?
The fast and reliable delivery of your parcel within Germany and worldwide is handled by our experienced logistics partner GLS. Within Switzerland we ship by post. USA, Mexico and Russia are sent via our logistics partner Fedex.
5. Can I also have my parcel delivered to a DHL Packstation?
Unfortunately delivery to a DHL packstation is currently not possible.
6. How long does the delivery of my order take?
As soon as your package leaves our premises, you will receive a shipping confirmation from us by e-mail. In a few exceptional cases, longer delivery times can occur due to bottlenecks at the manufacturer. In this case you will be informed by us about the status of your order.
7. What happens if I am not at home at the time of delivery?
If the first delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the GLS driver will leave a card on which, among other things, a telephone number is noted on which you can express delivery or collection wishes. Tip: If you are difficult to reach at home, simply state an alternative delivery address when placing your order - e.g. packing station, workplace, friends, relatives.

The product view shows all items available at the time of your visit. Sizes that are not available are shown inactive and cannot be added to the shopping cart.
